eBay hides prospective buyers from sellers

This videos shows that there are some problems with eBay communications to sellers that can easily be over looked. Products awaiting payment do not show up in the sold page unless you are meticulous to make sure this happens. You will be notified about these buyers any other way. This will in turn lead to problems with communicating with that buyer that will lead to a loss in final value fees that are never recovered and possibly lead to a strike from a buyer who see your lack of communication as lazy or neglect when in fact you never knew this problem could occur in the back ground.
