Yes, I love that about them too... They never, ever gave up and stayed committed to the sport and each other. It's really awesome to see. And Mark is such a trooper for dealing with this skate thing.

This team is so badass. I love them. And I love that they've been together so long and are now finally having some success. So many lesser American teams would have split up years ago after mediocre Nationals placements.

It was amazing for Rudi Swiegers to lend Mark his skate, I'm glad he was recognized for his sportsmanship and it was an amazing confidence in your partner that Amanda was fearless in letting Mark do a lift in two different skates!
As cilutte said, thank god it didn't happen during a lift or a throw twist.
