As a game show fan I couldn't agree with you more How pathetic is that? Taxes are bad enough without screwing someone over when they when a thing then try to tax it. And I'm a democrat, but this had always been a stupid thing and a mean thing to do. :(

What's your thoughts knowing that Wayne's version IS bringing back the Super Deal for a special 2-week series celebrating their upcoming 500th show? (Don't know the exact date but the producers have confirmed it on the blogs.)

I think the reason they caneled the SUPER DEAL was the syndication version probably aired on ABC in some markets, and when they returned to deals over $10,000, $30,000+ WINS was just too much for ABC.

If I remember correctly, the big deal would add checks which would cover..with the super deal helping to cover the gift tax. The only thing I think they should do with the new LMAD with Wayne Brady is to continue the quick deals like he does during the rolling of the credits.
