-UPDATE- This ride was announced on 1-08-2011 as being called The Swarm and being themed around post-apocalyptic scenes.

This is a fairly accurate recreation of Thorpe Park's proposed 2012 roller coaster with the codename 'LC12'. This recreation was developed by analysing the plans submitted with the application. The ride is rumoured to be a Bolliger & Mabillard 'Wing Walker' design similar to Raptor at Gardaland which opened this year.

The plans for the ride have now been APPROVED.

The heights of the elements in the recreation represent the specified heights shown in the submitted plans. Similarly the supporting and layout of this recreation has been derived from the plans. This recreation is true to the plans at present.

Enjoy the video.

  • I'm sorry, but your recreation is beaten by TetsuneSonic's.

  • @FireballWorld I agree that TetsuneSonic's recreation is better than mine due to the custom scenery and 3d objects, however, considering I created my recreation within 2 days of the official plans being released, and Tetsune's recreation having almost 5 months, I believe I have done the ride justice. :)

  • @JAMMYD777 I definitely agree. You must of done noting other than No Limits after the plans were released to upload it so quick. That's dedication for you.

  • @FireballWorld Thank you. I only try to please. :)

  • Rcdb says that there is supposed to be an inclined loop, but I don't see it in your video. ??? An inclined loop is a loop that is on it's side.

  • @Predatorocks The inclined loop is from 1:25 in the video and according to the plans submitted by Thorpe Park, that his how the element is supposed to look. The banking at the top is meant to be close to 90 degrees

  • Where do you get off???

  • I love roller coasters but I'm trying to lose a limb or my life riding one all I can picture is final destination 3 '~' I'm not trying to go out like that

  • Looks great and crazy but would never go on it after what I read about crash dummies coming back headless

  • did anyone else find this really creepy .... somethings not right about this video

  • 20 million is cheap for a roller coaster

  • PowNed +1

  • YOU WILL LOSE LIMBS ON THIS RIDE! it was in the news that when they tested the ride with dummies, some of the dummies lost their legs and/or arms.

  • The loop is the only decent thing and its at the beginnin. £20 mill wasted i think

  • just cant get over how short it is, im sure it will be a great addition for thorpe but this is in no way a threat to nemesis's crown of being the best coaster in the uk

  • cant wait!!!!
