@dumptruck87 i think Friends was good at its peak, probably season 3-5. But yes AD is in a different league.

there are numerous smart jokes, but they don't appear often
firends was a good show, try watching it without being extremely bias....

can't compare friends to arrested development, friends was a dumb show with dumb jokes, and dumb laughtrack so its audience would know when to laugh, and well AD is the total opposite of that, a smart show, with smart writing, briliant actors, and no laughtrack cuz its audience had the actaul brain power to get all the jokes, in-jokes, and all the random funny stuff that you actually had to pay attention to get, all in all, friends = waste of time, AD = needs to come back on the air
