Another video of my homie's Mint Green 1973 Chevy Caprice Donk Convertible on Lexan 26's. This video he cranked up the donk, can hear the 572 big block motor sounding like a BEAST! See the NOS shooting out the hood (don't know what it's called exactly haha) and letting the top down. Also check out his interior... Custom gauges for his dash, and custom console, with seats from a new school car. Green suede, and dark/light grey leather!! Loved it. Repping SC!!

  • @bat96chevy thnx for the advice! I checked that site before I just thought it was for lifted cars. I don't wanna ride high I wanna tuck them 8's just a little bit. The chances of finding a shop in my area are very slim but I'll do my research. Thnx again big homie!

  • @scoreman75 Oh yeaa Im all against high ass lifted cars but they do sell the extended trailing arms that will work for those 28's. And hope ur project turns out good!!

  • @bat96chevy thnx for the advice! I love all your videos keep doin it for us who love the scene and the culture. U always gettin some dope footage! Thnx again. One more question, where do I get the trailing arms from, is there a website I can order them from?

  • @scoreman75 I've seen some on ebay before, and I know alot of people order them from universalcarlifts[dot]com. And they got a lil section for rear trailing arms and you can order em. You might also can see if a rim shop or a shop that lift cars in your area can get em for you

  • @codrane is this your Donk, if so did u do any mods to the suspension or body/frame to fit the wheels. I have a clean 75 vert caprice very similar to yours minus the rims. I was told I have to cut a notch in the frame to fit 26' or 8's and custom trailing arms. Is this true? Thanks bruh!

  • @scoreman75 I will say the trailing arms will deff help out. Keep those big wheels centered in the back, and you prob will do less cutting on the fenders if you center the back wheels. Especially if you doing 28's. Now the frame notch Im not sure about it. Seem like you would do a frame notch if you doing a wide staggered wheel in the back and MAYBE to help out turning radius in the front. Thats just my opinion tho
