C&C Red Alert 1 Walkthrough - Part 6 [Allied]

Mission 5 Allied.

This is a continuation from my previous video. Watch my previous walkthrough before watching this.

My favourite mission in Red Alert for the allied campaign. If you watched my previous video (Which you all should have) I choose the middle destination. The reason for that was this area has the most ore patch and the least amount of enemies to deal with. The other two either had problems where your gonna deal with financial problems or military problems.

This mission's pretty easy if you know what your doing especially when capturing the Soviet base. You need to get the HP down to red or else your engineers won't capture it. Getting the spy to where Tanya is shouldn't be a problem if you read the briefing. I know people who went through the trouble moving the spy through the Soviet's main base and by the time it got there the time was up.

Is it just me or are flame towers insanely OP?

@sadhukar Flame towers are indeed strong but you can dodge their attacks by simply clicking somewhere away from your original designated target when the tower fires its projectile.

i cant complete this mission because my engineers cant take enemies constructions ;d im playin on XP

@ThePrzemekox You need to get the enemy structure down to red health in order to capture them with engineers.

Hey ! This is not the same mission ! At my Red Alert 1 game its the same objectives, but its harder. The map is different on my version. There I have to fight 1 Mammouth tank, 2 heavy tanks and a bunch of soldiers... and when I attack the other enemies on the map will come aswell... its impossible !

@Mikkhep Before this mission begins, you have a selection of 3 areas you can play for this mission, you probably choose a different one than the one i chose, watch my previous video to see which of the 3 i picked.

@Mikkhep same here bro. spy is deployed top left on the map and i get stuck @ the first airfield.stupid dogs :))

i'll restart the campaign and do it this way ^^^

You build two refineries for 2 harvesters. This is wastement. Building one refinery is enough, if you only use 2 harvesters, you can build the second harvester in the war factory and the soviet attacks are no real threat in this mission, but I would recommend building 2 refineries and using 5-6 harvesters as soon as possible, because this is needed to not run out of money , so you can finish the mission as fast as possible and the soviets cannot harvest so much ore.

Games alright but has nothing on the 1st C&C, been doin both with unlimited cash building super army's, i know takes the whole point out of the game but it's alot more fun playin original and having 40 orcas to attack with :D
