Instead of a piezo, use a thermistor coupled to a 1/2 watt resistor
as a heat source. Blowing across the resistor pair will cool off the
thermistor proportionally changing its resistance to the amount of air
passing over. Stop blowing and it instantly heats up again. This will
eliminate any problems with a noisy environment, especially on stage.
Experiment with 1/2W resistor value to get a balance between current
draw and the amount of heat produced.

i'm afraid here in Chili doesn't sell it, and it's just what i need.

Put the piezo in a small plastic tube, and play it like a flute. The output will be more consistent and i think it wont pick up that much noise. Nice setup, i think i will make something similar!
