as you can see, you have to work your chest muscles on different angles. hint: stop using the flat bench chest press all the time

I'm only 14, so for the dumbbell exercises how much weight should i use? i normally do 20 on each for curls and hammers etc but for that?? My max is 30 with dumbbells soo??

Dude.. I don't have a Decline bench at my local gym and I don't have time to get to another... Any alternative?

@mdias5907699 That's solid advice, I'm a little more against as much volume as you recommend but the advice is solid for sure.

@Leandroferron i dont think i know as much as this guy with the video, but I've been working out for awhile, and my advice is start of with either normal db or bench press- 2 warmup sets- 5 working sets in a pyaramid ex 1-2-3-2-1 and at the 3-2-1 you do with forced reps with a partner. at the fifth set (the second "1") do drop sets with max intensity. after this immediatly do dumbell flyes -dropset fashion and finish of with cable flyes with pyramid and dropsets. this is what i do, it works

i try do as much veriation as possible like some weeks dumbell bench press with inclines and pec flies then others do a barbell bench press some weeks heaviest for bulk then others lighter more reps for shape
just do bench press lol

@jimmysmithtraining what can i do if i only have 35lbs dumbells and no bench at home?... i do it on the ground but i'm not feeling it on my chest, mainly my arms only
