This sucks because you can't remove it but it only does damage it doesn't actually effect the sentry. That actually makes it very balanced, someone could make the comprimise of the effect for making it invulnerable.

No.. this is a bug when you upgrade it from lvl 2 and it gets placed a sapper on directly when it gets lvled to 3... theres nothing called crit sappers

this happened to me, and it sucked dick. only a pyro with the homewrecker can get it off.

It would be too powerful.
It would completely waste an engineers metal, and since it can't be repaired, it's like you win, they lose, no different outcomes.
