I'm 17, I've never really worked out before, my height is like 5 foot 5, and my weight is around 60 kg, i want to lose just a few kg during the summer and lose some fat at my arms, thighs and my tummy. So I thought I should follow your exercises for beginners, how many weeks or days should I do this workout ? and what other workouts should I try to do?

just had baby #3 weigh 261 want to go back to 180 ive done it before but i was a busy nurse now im a stay at home mom will use these clips to get me their any suggestions harsh or postive im ok with it

if you already eat fairly healthy.. can this help you lose weight. i wiegh 130 and i'd like to drop 10 - 15 pounds

@tyfmmfl for weight loss better do high intense exercises, check my other videos, they are hard and very effective to drop pounds. But if you are a beginner, better start with this video.
