@kezza454 I agree I do 400m and after a 2 year injury im currently sitting at 54 seconds. Hoping to get 50 before the end of my season. But its a very tough race and you have to be tactical. You cant sprint off right at the start!

Oh yeah great run by Rooney, a possible outsider for the final but unless he drops to 44.5 or under would be difficult to medal.
