Nascido em Belo Horizonte, Toninho Horta é um dos ícones do Clube da Esquina. O guitarrista e compositor mineiro atuou ao lados de nomes como Astrud Gilberto, Elis Regina, Gal Costa, Nana Caymmi, George Duke, Maria Bethânia e Milton Nascimento, para citar alguns. Aqui, ele se apresenta acompanhado de Itamar Assiére (piano e teclado),Yuri Popoff (baixo elétrico), Esdra "Neném" Ferreira (bateria) e Lena Horta (flautas).
