Why should I respect a fat young person whio gives exercise advice to seniors when she can't even get the breathing technique right? Besides, you're a year late, you jerk. :-)

@richhutchison : This line: "What makes this young and fat person an expert on Seniors?
Took some courses, huh?"
You crossed the line of respectful criticism when you wrote the above.

@momboteri
What line it that?

@richhutchison : Though I agree with you on breathing instruction (and this should be common knowledge, so I am surprised that her instruction is backward), I don't think her fitness level or age has to be high in order to have knowledge of how to work with seniors. Your end remarks are unkind and out of line.

Breathing instructions are backward.
You should exhale on the way up
and inhale on the way down.
The rule is EXhale on EXertion.
She later says that you should exhale
when you're doing most of the work,
which is correct, but in this exercise,
most of the work is done on the way up.
What makes this young and fat person an expert on Seniors?
Took some courses, huh?
