Rebuilding the area around the old Utica Free Academy High School, a slow but steady process is showing some signs of revitalization.
Federal and State grants allow the rebuilding to continue.
UFA is now used as a nursing home and a medical clinic, a branch of St. Elizabeth Hospital and Medical Center.
