I like to watch all of the dan ranks in my dojo play around with this pre-arranged kumite. They usually find ways to speed up moves and find locks and arm bars in between. its nice u have this video so i can see what im going to learn. THANKS!

dandare26, this is a form of pre-arranged sparring. There are specific attacks and defenses to be performed - similar to a kata. It is done at very low speed here so people can learn the moves. It is also done at full fighting speed and full contact.
