Sounds great mate, how much did it cost you to get it where it is if you dont mind me asking? Ive just bought a black one and had the wheels painted and put a K&N panel filter on it, just waiting for my next pay check! haha...

@AlexGSi2000 I always understood it to to have a more excessive fuel consumption because as the larger airfilter, with more air flow, brings in more air, the ecu has to add more fuel to burn properly. hence why it will drink more with an induction kit.

Is that a full milltek exhaust including manifold and cat-back?

0:50 wow, very nice :D

mint sound mint car :P
I see where you are coming from, but I still disagree.
If an air filter does anything, it improves the flow of air.
It wont flow any more at any given time as you are only filling 1600 cubic centimetres.

Hi, I got a zetec s myself. Why you chose the panel filter above the induction kit? i know the panel filter gives you better fuel usage, but the induction kit gives you a bit more power and a nice sound. But the zetec-s do get a hot engine, so i'm afraid that i would get hot air in to the induction kit and get some powerloss. any advice or some pros and cons? thnx

Hi, To be honest, changing the filter, whether panel or cone will not effect fuel usage. You only use the fuel you put into the engine through the accelerator. People usually say they are getting lower MPG with a cone filter, but this is simply because they are putting their foot down more to hear it! You've answered your own question really, unless you have a lot of heat shielding and air feed, there is no point going with a cone filter. Panel filters are ample for the job!
