I have one of these units which I used a lot until I broke the battery cover a few weeks ago. The sound quality is pretty poor with my Sennheiser PX-200 headphones, there's no easy way to jump from folder to folder, but I like the player for all it's quirks, what else would you expect in a device that's built for little kids?

Yes the unit comes with earbuds, but only one earbud worked on my unit, so I threw the earbuds out, now when I use my unit, I use it with my Sennheiser PX-200 headphones.
