HEY BOYS AND GIRLS, BREAK OUT YOUR DUSTY POCKET CONSTITUTION, READ YOUR BILL OF RIGHTS, OR, FOR YOU DUMB FOLKS, THAT'S THE FIRST TEN AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION, AND TELL ME WHERE IN THE HELL DOES IT SAY THAT TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE, THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS THE DAMN RIGHT TO MAKE YOU BUY SOMETHING YOU POSSIBLY DON'T WANT, OR NEED, AND IF YOU DON'T, THEN YOU WILL BE FINED. IF YOU DON'T PAY THE FINE, THEN YOU MAY FACE JAIL TIME.

UNLIKE AUTO INSURANCE, WHERE YOU, WHETHER YOU ARE A GOOD DRIVER, OR A BAD ONE, YOU POSE A POSSIBLE LIABILITY TOWARDS OTHERS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE, YOU AREN'T NECESSARILY A LIABILITY TO OTHERS, UNLESS OF COURSE, YOU COUNT YOURSELF AS ONE OF THOSE ON MEDICAID OR MEDICARE, WHICH THE GOV'T RUNS, AND PASSES ON THE COST TO THE TAXPAYER ANYWAY, SOMETHING THEY DON'T NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE!

TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE WELFARE IS PROVIDED, NOR DOES IT MEAN THAT YOU TAKE IT BY FORCE OR BY TYRANNICAL THREATS TO YOUR LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. THESE PEOPLE WIPE THEIR ASSES WITH OUR CONSTITUTION. WAKE UP AND SMELL IT.

They do nothing to stop illegal immigrants here in our country, they drop their babies in our USA cos they know they won't send them back over the boarder, they get fee medical, government monies, food stamps, wic & housing in the best areas, school transportation, free lunches do I need to say more.. & it's all on the American Citizen to pay with our tax dollars . When they figure program eligilbiltie, they go by GROSS income not NET! They don't count WAGE GARNISHMENTS due to Medical Bills. They don't count the flippin' GAS PRICES! They don't count CAR LOAN PAYMENTS as a monthly bill when wee NEED our cars to get to WORK to ear our MONEY!!! They don't count CAR INSURANCE PREMIUMS! Any good Harvard Lawyer should know that this statement is totally illogical... Purchasing Automobile Insurance is a requirement for those people whom CHOOSE to own and operate a motor vehicle. Maybe he thinks we're dumb.
