  • I didn't know there were any tracks that go into Fallbrook. My grandparents live there so I'll check them out next time. I'm guessing not many trains travel through or to Fallbrook.

  • Well, other then the Surfliners that travel between Los Angeles and San Diego, thats it!

  • Is that Fallbrook, Ca near Ocenside

  • Yes sir.

  • That's actually Fallbrook Junction. The tracks to Fallbrook were torn up in the 1980's except for a stub branch onto Camp Pendleton. Fallbrook Jct. is on the San Diego main line.

  • Guess so, but hey. I was first!

  • So thats how all those other people were able to get in?

  • Lucky.

  • Thanks, while getting ahead of the train we saw the hoses laid out on the tracks. Then we got off the 5 and look around for a good spot. While looking, we found a open gate and headed inside. The sherrif asked us what we wanted, and we told him we were just seeing the train. He was cool about it and let us stay.

  • Awsome job! But how were you able to see it take on water? I looked it up on the web. and it said the water stop wasn't going to be shown to the public.
