FS Darcel McBath (Texas Tech) 48th overall pick

A three-year starter for the Red Raiders...Began his college career as a cornerback...Redshirted in 2004...Broke his arm in the preseason and missed six games in 2005...Moved to safety in 2006 and started there the next three seasons...Named 2nd Team All-Big 12 in 2006 and 1st Team in 2008...Solid all-around player with a nice blend of physical tools and intangibles..Profiles as a starting free safety at the next level.

TE Richard Quinn (North Carolina) 64th overall pick *trade with Pittsburgh*

Worked as a backup and special teamer as a true freshman...Missed the entire 2006 season with a broken shoulder blade...Took over a starting job in 2007 and 2008...Was hampered by a broken knuckle as a senior but played through it...Had another year of college eligibility available but he had already graduated and opted to go pro...Was not utilized much in the passing game, although the Tar Heels had three future pros at wideout...Profiles as a prototypical #2 tight end and a blocking specialist at the next level but should really excel in that role.

  • @shootbinary He broke his arm and was put on injured reserve dumbass. He had 2 INTS, one of them off of Peyton Manning, and 33 tackles. Dickface.

  • @shootbinary He is backing up Brian Dawkins idiot....... he broke his arm last year and still had the most special teams tackles on the entire team. And got a couple INT's in the plays he did play! Your really stupid you know that? This pick was like drafting Aaron Rodgers behind Favre to help season him into the position. Rookies and young guys don't usually start at safety right away, because it runs the defense. McBath will be a beast in a few years.

  • Ha ha ha...great pick at safety! How many times have you heard his name called last year? Another 2nd round BUST at safety last year. It will make teams even more desperate this year (2010).
