This band of MC5 enthusiasts got together in 1996 to play a few shows in Moncton N.B. They were made up of Steve,PJ and Derek of the MONOXIDES on guitars and bass, Rick from ELEVATOR on vocals, and Mark Doucet of Thee Suddens, Idea of North, Burnt Offerings etc. on the drums. Here's three songs from a Dec.1996 show at the Esquire Tavern taped by Tara White.

  • Its funny that I would find this while searching MC5 videos...

It was actually PJ who turned me onto them.

  • if you have their CD at home or something, could you rip them and post a video or something? these boys were THE band back in the day.

  • Killer footage!! Marc Doucet rules!! i would like to also note how weird it is seeing PJ with the long hair! hahaha good times!
