Since you both have a Framus cobra and VHT ultralead, which one do you prefer? I'd want a tight, brutal, aggressive sound plenty of upper-mids and saturation.

Satan's Little Helper is an ESP Custom guitar.
I believe it was originally built for Jed Simon or something like that....
I forget the story of how Ansley here got hold of it. haha

invader rapes. its the same as an SE but without being so compressed.

ive heard the invader isnt anything special, tho ive never played one.
IMO the BEST engls (tho they are all good) are the SE and the Savage 120. The SE is versatile as hell, and the savage is simply described by its name: savage.

i always wondered whats the best engl amps? is it the invader and SE? yeah i know what you mean. i only crank when the parents are still at work. lol

the fireball is great, in its price range it makes the competition look like complete shit.
The cobra is an amp in its own category, it is not comparable to other amps, as it is so unique. I love my fireball, but the sheer brutality available with the cobra is quite enticing.
Id own a cobra, but since i cannot crank all the time id feel bad handicapping it.
