if these meds are addictive then y do doctors give them to kids in sych large doses?!
my friend takes 72 mili. of concerta, 34 mili of adderal and 15 mili of ritalin everyday. and if he doesnt he gets very sick. then his doctor said he had an addiction to it and continued to have him take it!
doctors make me wonder..
what is this world coming to?

Have you seen the episode on T.V. called "The Overmedicated Child" early this year?
I think we have a problem when you can pick 4 drugs off the following list & give them all to a 4 yr old: Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, Strattera, Methylphenidate, Focalin XR, Abilify, Clonodine, Geodon, or Prozac.
When a child is completely out of control of their own body movements or even incapable of speaking a sentence fluently, when off the drugs they can, I think we all have a problem.
