@starmanskye Because if the plans of the CoG are exposed in times of crisis, the opponents will know how to counter it. Say a nuclear bomb goes off. Do we really want every single detail known to us or reported in the media? NO. The history channel had a great 1 or 2 hour long special about this forever ago. You should watch it, it's pretty interesting.
