Isn't a specter an evil spirit?
-
Look at Palin, and her supporters at her rallies: "I love Jesus, I believe the Bible, Praise The Lord...And I also hate niggers, jews, mexicans and liberals Glory to God".
I am an Evangelical Christian, but I REFUSED to vote for a Christian politician if he/ she is dumb as a box of rocks, is a racist, and incompetent!!!

Congratulations, Mr. Specter!
Although I'm an Independent, leaning slightly left, I applauded you for having the intelligence, guts, & soul for standing up in defense of the Constitution. I've been a fan of yours ever since.
Having said that, it's unfortunate that the GOP radicals have decided to alienate you. They will see the ramifications of this in the next elections.
The GOP's loss is the Democratic Party's gain. I wish you success in all your endeavors.

Without belief in the collective concience and being a witness to this evil, we are doomed. Our only hope is to shine the light of truth on those who try to deceive us so everyone can see satan in all his forms. If we still choose evil after the truth is revealed, then devine freedom of choice was given and we shall serve Satan. Choosing to be ignorant is considered the same as the sins that you allow because of your ignorance.

please Google this (Alberto Gonzales pedophile) you will find suppressed information about the charges against this bastard its shocking and disgusting.
I find it absolutely disgusting how complacent U.S. voters are in all this, a huge percentage are little more than short attention span apologists. Politicians can claim a love for Jesus and conservative values, then do whatever the hell they want to, even in DIRECT CONFLICT of those values, and they'll still get the "fundies" and fearful to vote them in again. Reminds me of a quote from a Woody Alan film "If Jesus came back, and saw what's going on in his name, He'd never stop throwing up."

The New York Times expose of the Bush administration's secret endorsement of torture by the CIA only served to confirm the worst what most Americans already suspected. First, Alberto Gonzales lied to Congress regarding the administration's policy on torture of detainees during his 2005 confirmation hearings. Second, President Bush's December 2005 signing statement accompanying the Detainee Treatment Act was expressly designed to exempt the lawbreaking he had already approved.
