    The fact that the 'war on drugs' is a failure is irrelevent. THIS video shows the sovereignty of the United States being undermined. Before we could EVER consider legalizing drugs, we would need to secure the borders.

    In the last election, Northern California pumped a ton of money against legalizing pot. It's the #1 cash crop in Humboldt. The cartels fought it in So Cal. for the same reasons.
