Welcome back zappers, Im Devin Curry with http://Shazap.com. Your online video source for comic book news and reviews. Follow me on Twitter at http://twitter.com/devincurry.

I don’t know why I keep reading this book. I am constantly disappointed by it every month There is no real team dynamic in this team book and no real at all. Bombshell’s in a tough situation and I feel for her but the Sean McKeever doesn’t give the readers a chance to connect with her. And, he doesn’t give the Titans a chance to be compassionate towards her and try to help. There’s too much punching and not enough story to back it up. They also set up an interesting story with the introduction of the new villain last issue and all we got was a tease and the information that he is Ares’ son. What was the point of this issue why did we need Bombshell especially when it looks like the next issue goes back to Cassie and her family issues. I am a glutton for punishment so I’ll stick with this story a little longer despite my better judgment. Distributed by Tubemogul.

  • I love that crossover. It was a great book and brought about one of my favorite series, in Geoff Johns' Teen Titans. I am sticking with this book for the nostalgia factor but I think it can get better. You should really check out the beginning of the Teen Titans series, but the Initiative, really?

  • I freakin NEED that shirt :D

  • Geoff Johns' run was superior to the recent issues by far.

I especially don't like the new roster

  • I agree on Initiative. Started picking it because of the SI tie-in and like it enough that I'm going to add it to my 'pull list' at Nuclear Comics.

Also, it has made me consider going back and checking out the Ant-Man title, since I get a kick out of the character.

  • The Titans book is better than Teen Titans, but its by no means great.

Avengers: Initiative is a far better comic.

  • I'm going to be honest and admit I haven't read a Titans book since the TT/Young Justice cross-over years ago. From what I've heard I'm certainly not missing anything.

I'll stick to Avengers: The Initiative thank you very much.
