Banbury Run 2009

Some of the entrants to the 61st Banbury Run held on 21st June 2009. Once again the start and finish line were at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire.

At last ! I appear in someones video , at 6:45 riding my 1927 Sunbeam . as I make way into the countryside for a 65 mile timed run which i was 'skilful' enough to win a Gold medal. - it must have been skilful as I rode up sunrising hill twice and stopped a pub for a swift half, but rode quickly after that to maintain my average speed . Not many , about 25 entrants , out of 600 starters acheived a gold this year..
