Simple movements to bring energy into the foot yin meridians, and then out the foot yang meridians. Each movement involves 2 breaths. Two breaths moving up, and two breaths moving down. When bending, do so with a straight back, jutting the hips back instead of bending at the waist. First set of 3 is for Stomach/Spleen, second 3 is for Liver/Gallbladder, and final 3 are for Kidney/Urinary bladder.
