SKYRIM House Hunters - Hjerim (Windhelm) Part 2

Another two parter (not sure why FRAPS keeps splitting it) for the house in Windhelm. To get this house, I did the Stormcloak side of the war, did quests for the Jarl until he invited me to be a Thane, in which I had to buy a house and do 5 quests. I did the 5 quests, tried to buy the house, but it kept saying there were some unpleasantness happening. I eventually did a console code work around to "start/finish" the quest and then cleaned up the house. I will link to that video in here. Enjoy!

Is this house bugged on PS3? It looks like a really good house with 3 mannequins, so many weapon racks, and all the closets and the special wardrobe. I've got the Blood on the Ice quest activated, time to go beat it!
