You can prove there is no God by proving aliens exist. Believe it or not, that is the claim this caller is making. Not that it wouldn't help, but there is no good evidence for aliens, at least the aliens he is referring to. "His father invented...er...whatever, I'm not a smart guy." That about summed up everything he was talking about up to that point.

@metalenema See how you, right there, are asking scientists to "Prove it!" with evidence? That's the default position, you make the claim you make the case. Show us the evidence? The alternative is we're obliged, or at least expected, to believe everything we're told. We cannot do that because different religions claim only they are correct, so some MUST be wrong, thus the "choose between what we believe" MUST be the correct method and that absolutely REQUIRES evidence in order to choose. Happy?

@metalenema Hopefully that was sarcasm.

Hey scientists where's the evidence that the burden of truth is on the person making the claim? Back that with tangible fact.

Aliens most likely exist. There are countless planets in countless galaxies and maybe even other dimensions besides this one. I don't think that God is real because why would he create all those galaxies and planets if we're the only one with life on it? What's the point?

Aliens almost certainly exist. However, every life-form on this planet evolved from the same creature, and as thus we're very similar. You might not think it, but we are. A creature that evolved completely differently may be like nothing we could ever imagine. They might have no need for bacteria or a brain, or even sight or smell. Smell might be a completely amazing and impossible thing to them.

@SinceretheGhost you could have an alien go right up to some skeptics and it explain to these vary same skeptics that it is an alien from another world , and these skeptics would still play the stupid card . there are some skeptics who till this day think the world is flat or that we have never landed on the moon . thats where i put some of these skeptics in the same category , of people who want to be idiots .

@lorndarken I'm not speaking about me specifically, like I said- the evidence that there is I find sufficient to believe but I am much more open minded..I mean in terms of skeptics. Obviously some people want something as much as an alien to actually look at, but there are others who feel they need more than what is available and I think they are certainly justified in that. Everybody is different, doesn't make them all necessarily close minded.
