I found Skjor alive too, after finishing the last companion quest I came back to Jorvaskr and he was there like he was never killed. He talked to me and even offered me jobs.

Ha my Skjor came back to in a similar glitch, except in mine he was standing with half his body in the ground. It literally freaked me out cuz he came out of nowhere when I was exploring, then I go back to Jorrvaskr and he's suddenly back and completely fine. WTF lol

Awesome, I just found Skjor alive again in jorvaskr, but he had no clothes on because he had ripped them off as werewolf ^^
