AHHH! I remember this level in the game...

damn near drowned in the Sewers and during the boss... good times....

I hated this level, with a passion. The music was so freaking spooky and those Dianogas would roar so freaking loud. The music would put you on edge and then all of a sudden you hear a guttural, blood-curdling roar from RIGHT BESIDE YOU!

That and the fact that you were set on edge by the fact that you spent half the level with a limited air supply, with the added tension of a time limit.

Psychologically intense fears, man.

I love this level and song. The boss fight with the Gian Dianoga was sweet!
