You need a ds emulater to play it you can get one here http://nocash.emubase.de/no$gba-w.zip(windows) its called no$gba its hard to find the right settings on it so here are mine that i changed

NDS cartrige backup media:change to EEPROM 8kbytes

it runs faster if you put sound output mode to none but you dont have to
