You get a low mark for not being able to pronounce cylindrical.

Good, if a little blurry. I used Crop Tool instead of marquee, per a comment on here. Otherwise a great little tutorial video. Thanks.

@DragonToko Thanks for stating the obvious, I just tried this & didn't have enough room in my clipboard to do what TruVisionMedia did.

I know this is an old comment but are you sure that your images actually overlap? If it can't find common points between them (due to gaps) it won't be able to align them.
I just tried what you did in the tutorial but no matter what I do, my Photoshop CS3 keeps giving me a pop-up that says "Some images cannot be automatically aligned." on every option. After that, the panorama just stops building. Any idea what this is? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the interactive layout? This allows you to align the pictures yourself.

Lenses have a fall off area at the sides with slight vignette effect so when doing an overlap you need to have 30 to 50%. Also you need to set exposure to manual.

Good info to know. Didn't know about the "slight vignette" with lenses. And great tip on the exposure...maybe that will clear up the sky issues I've been having. Thanks Jim!
