Following the resounding success of last year's Variety of Chefs Ball, we are delighted to once again present an evening where top line chefs work together live on stage to prepare a sumptuous three course dinner for guests, with the custom menu developed exclusively for the event.
In 2011 we are honoured to welcome to our Variety of Chefs line up: Brisbane's favourite celebrity chef Alastair McLeod (Tank and Brett's Wharf), Ian Curley from the hit TV series Conviction Kitchen and European, Shinichi Maeda from Sake and Ben Williamson from Cha Cha Char. They will join Matt Moran, David Pugh, Kym Machin and Russell Armstong from our 2010 line up to deliver Brisbane's best charity event. Each course will be matched with world-class wines by leading sommelier Peter Marchant from Mezzanine.
