We had some bullets that we've been testing and happened to get our hands on some evil pineapples. So we shot them. This is just a somewhat quick and fun video that came together as a result. What we tested? I'm glad you asked.
Extreme Shock .45 ACP Air Freedom Round: this baby is really fun to shoot. It is light for a .45, but also really fast. So it expands nicely. Plus it is a frangible. Recoil is pretty close to any other .45 I've shot, maybe lower but not noticeably really. Out of my USP these are doing around 1400 fps.
Speer Gold Dot .45 ACP: This is a really nice bonded bullet that I like. They seem to mushroom very reliably and it is a hard hitting 230 grain bullet. I'd like to test these more in a denim and jug test soon. For deeper penetratin these are the way to go, but they don't "explode" as enjoyably as the AFR.
Extreme Shock 9mm Air Freedom Round: Like it's big brother, this little 85 grain frangible expands violently for excellent fruit dissolving fun.
Winchester 9mm PDX-1: I think this were the 124 grain +P variety. I really like the PDX-1, although every great once in awhile they may not expand. I still love them becuase when they do it is very impressive. And most of the time they do expand. When in doubt, dump it out. Also, the blow up fruit well with good penetration.
9mm FMJ: I called them Winchester White Box in the video, but they are American Eagle 115 grain. They did what we expected and shot holes through the fruit. They were our "control group". All 13 of them.
Enjoy, and prepare for the Pineapple Apocolypse!

@VeracityNation Yeah, it was close. One almost got me. We didn't have to bust out any machetes or baseball bats though.
