She was JEWISH, accepted the Lord Jesus as the Messiah and converted to "Evangelical" Protestantism, then the Lord Jesus introduced to her His True Church, the Catholic and Apostolic.

Rosalind, 65, has recently founded an order of sisters in the Archdiocese of St Louis called Daughters of Mary, Mother of Israel's Hope. She is working on designing a floor length habit and intends to go to the streets with a team of joy-filled sisters and share the good news.

  • @MightyCarnac: You really are not capable of grasping the basic distinction. I am talking about GOD, God is NOT religion. Just like an arrow is not a target. An are is hat aims for the target & is thus not the target itself. No one is flaming you, but your response is typical of the vacuity of most atheist responses on this subject. You all simply can't grasp the subject. Usually your sort act as though you're personally insulted when I point how you have no means of knowing what is moral.

  • @VictorLepanto Perhaps I expressed myself badly but I rather think you missed the point. I'm saying that if morality comes from religion, or "divine consciousness" if you like, one could sort the believers from the atheists by their behavior. You obviously can't.

How do we know what is moral? The Golden Rule works for me. Great idea but it is a human construct.

Hope that's grammatical enough for you grasp. You needn't respond, communication ends when flaming begins & you've crossed that line.

  • @VictorLepanto ...& why would you want to be moral even if you had some reason to be so?

(Pardon the multiposting, I normal don't do such a thing but it is a critical point.)

  • @MightyCarnac: You really don't seem to have a good grasp of the English language. Either that or your mind has been stewed in the vague soup of incoherent atheist philosophy. I find your remark typical of those who deny GOD (not religion) in that can't strictly follow simple grammar. I said "divine consciousness" & then you allow your vague incoherent mind to slip into talk of "religion." There are various reasons one might be moral or immoral. The issue is how do you know what is moral...

  • @VictorLepanto Do you know the Boy Scout motto? "Be Prepared". It's a marvelous motto but the scouts don't claim to own the concept. To say that there's no morality without religion is a bit like saying there's no preparedness without boy scouts.

If we could evaluate people's morality from their behavior only - without regard to religion or philosophy, would we find a correlation between religion & morality? The religious institutions make that case but do the facts support it? Don't think so.

  • @MightyCarnac: According to Dostoyevsky, w/ God all thing are possible but not everything is permitted, w/o God everything is permitted. I'd challenge you on who is engaging in wishful thinking. Only a divine consciousness can in infuse this universe w/ moral meaning & purpose. W/o God we may do as w/ please for nothing matters. That is heady thought if you are in a certain frame of mind.

It is easy to invent a mental construct whereby you can excuse yourself to do as you please.

  • @VictorLepanto Thanks for the kind intentions but I hope you're not confusing awareness with wishful emotion. Feeling 100% certain of a thing does not necessarily make it so. The lady in the video is a living example.

  • @MightyCarnac: I don't have to look far to find people who attribute truth to the fantasies of their own invention. I have no doubt that God has revealed no truth to you that you are "aware of." It is a great pity. Perhaps you will one become more aware. I will pray that you do, & pray that all who see this comment do likewise. Mean time, God bless & help you w/ all His love.

  • @VictorLepanto I see no evidence that Judaism is established by God. Seems more probably to me that Judaism is established by humans. It seems to have evolved from older religions just as Christianity & Islam have evolved from Judaism. Thus, God has revealed no truth to me that I'm aware of. If you pay attention you'll observe the amazing capacity of humans to attribute their beliefs, fantasies & delusions to deities of their own creation.

  • @VictorLepanto: Re: My previous statement; it should read, "To be a Jew is [NOT] erroneous." While Judaism might not be erroneous, my typing often is.
