I'm from the UK and the only "Have a Laugh" stuff we have are the classic abridged cartoons that are only shortened but without adding anything or tinkering with it. And because this is shot in such poor quality (though props to NSGLV2 for being one of the few people on Earth to still record with VHS, thats some commitment!), I thought this was something Disney did in the 90's and not recently.
But nope, BLAM! They started doing this in 2009. D: That is just tragic, seriously. :<
