green wire mod is when you clip a green wire that goes to your cdi box. When cliped it gives the bike an extra 750 rpm. Its way safer to cut that wire than go with a aftermarket cdi. If you have heard the the HRC kit it comes with a bypass for the green wire. Its just as easy to cut it.

oh ok and im guessing it only works with 06 and above 450r right i have an 05 and i bout the cdi rev box it lets mine rev 1000 rpms more, and i also have a two bro full exhaust an FMF stage 2 jet kit, a K n N filter kit so im also running open air box and im just waiting for spring break to test it out lol so i hope its gona kick some ass lol
