in my opinion this is the most powerful speech known to man kind i feel the children of the world need to be listing things like this send a message of wold peace not violence children shouldn't just learn about people like him they need to listen to his beliefs and carry on the dream of all the great activists or peace of the world

I think he's doing it intentionally for emphasis rather than it being part of his accent; I did notice that too. The rest of his accent though definitely sounds like it's from the south of England. Probably just an actor's trait or something.
