in my opinion this is the most powerful speech known to man kind i feel the children of the world need to be listing things like this send a message of wold peace not violence children shouldn't just learn about people like him they need to listen to his beliefs and carry on the dream of all the great activists or peace of the world

It's really sad because Charlie Chaplin said this speech in 1940, which sums up the whole problem of modern society, and a lot of people saw this movie at the time and just look what the World has become today... This speech was more than visionnary, this speech should be the anthem of mankind, but it looks like the majority of people are already brainwashed and don't know how to listen anymore...

Well, if what you say is true of the HUAC, although the guidelines were conditional regardless of nationality, countries have stipulations, laws and constitutional rights for a reason. I guess I should have said to avoid any confusion, why would you expect an American committee to be any less lenient with a non-U.S. citizen?
