He is not alone in his suspicions! It was probably as easy as riding an Inch Worm in the Tour de France acting in the movies and moving the whole weird thing along. If the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon were given this kind of attention and franchised, however, a lot of people would have been wincing a lot less and we would not have to be waiting for True Blood to go away.

Actually, if you read his tweets and just about any other of his remarks on the series, he hates it and the fact that it ruined his career. The only times he has anything nice to say about Twilight is when he is doing a specific sort of interview.
