Parks College's Mars Lander Project

Created for a 2007 senior design team of Parks College of Saint Louis University. I was asked to help show the landing and take-off sequence of the Mars Lander team's senior design project. They supplied the lander models (except the ERV, shown at the very beginning and the very end) and described the stages it would go through. Once everything was modeled and textured, it took about 3 weeks to animate (while studying for finals). The song is Smash Mouth's "So Insane."

@PhotoShopChannel Hah, yeah, keep in mind I only had 3 weeks to do this WHILE trying to get through finals, so it could definitely use some polishing up. But thanks - criticism is always welcome.

Wow, this is really great. The smoke and particals wer awsome. If I was t nit pick, Which I am for sum reason I wud mention that mars has "no" atmosphere. Which also means it wud not burn on entry, and some of the objects were just floating.
