@gk7845 Actually, this version was 1945. The '48 was a re-recording released under "Arthur (Guitar Boogie) Smith and His Cracker-Jacks".

Ha~! I just picked this up in a group of 78's I won on ebay, came here to hear the song before the group of records is delivered.. thanks so much for posting this it is pretty good, early rock n roll! Fab stuff!

No, the flip side is by the Tennessee Ramblers, so I'm guessing this is a smaller combo out of the larger group.
Anyone know when this was cut?
