Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear Yahuah, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For Yahuah shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Ecclesiastes 12:13,14

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear Adonai, and depart from evil. Proverbs 3:7

The fear of Adonai [is] to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. Proverbs 8:13

By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of Adonai [men] depart from evil. Proverbs 16:6

Happy [is] the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief. Proverbs 28:14

The fear of Adonai [is] clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of Adonai [are] true [and] righteous altogether. Psalms 19:9

Then they that feared Adonai spake often one to another: and Adonai hearkened, and heard [it], and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared Adonai, and that thought upon his name. Malachi 3:16

Then had the churches rest throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of Adonai, and in the comfort of the Ruach Ha Kodesh, were multiplied. Acts 9:31

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; Ph 2:12

Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve Yahuah acceptably with reverence and godly fear: Hebrews 12:28

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of Yahuah. 2 Corinthians 7:1

The fear of Adonai is the instruction of wisdom, and before honor is humility. Proverbs 15:33

"...Do not fear what they fear, and do not dread it. Adonai Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, he is the one you are to fear, he is the one you are to dread."

For Adonai spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. Sanctify Adonai of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. Isa 8:11-13

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Mat 10:28

Interesting I like 2 study it a little more. Yahusha may B the best way to say the messiah's name. My point is (subject 2 change) over & over again in the scriptures it is written God cares about our inner thoughts, our intention, our hearts. So if my intention is 2 want 2 know him, 2 realize his only begotten son died in atonement for my sins, & accept that, I think I'll be ok. I think my love for God & others or lack there of is of more importance in the end then how I pronounciate his name.

@miking193,When Josiah was king they found a book. It didn't matter that they didn't know. The ones who didn't prepare for Yahusha' return are stlll beaten. The point is to fear our Creator so that one can get wisdom. Those who refuse to choose the fear of Yahuah and only "revere" their Creator are in for a big surprise when they die. We are told if we don't humble ourselves as little children we will not be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Let's makes sure we keep striving.Thanks,777denny

@777denny1 = If you know the scriptures like you say you do, then why do you still avoid answering my question? I also think you need to look up the word heresy. Am I proclaiming that Jesus is not the Son of God? What you & I disagree on is doctrine, it has nothing to do with heresy. And as I said before, I would rather be looking FOR His coming & be wrong, than NOT to be looking & be wrong. As for watching your false doctrine, no thanks, I'll pass. @777denny1 - Excuse me? If you are a born again Christian & you believe in pre-trib will NOT send you to hell. This is not a damnable heresy, but rather truth. Salvation is of grace & faith. To accept Christ as Lord & savior. Your entrance to heaven is not based on fear of God, but rather His love to man & man's acceptance of that gift. Do you think your works will get you there? Then you need to read Matt. 7:21-23. Not all who say Lord, Lord will enter the gates of heaven.
