On the hottest of days day Richard Boone sweated ice cubes. This guy played the coolest man with a Colt Peacemaker and a "don't even think of screwing with me" attitude EVER.

Bernard Herman did excellent work on the Mysterious Island & Journey to the Center of the Earth soundtracks.

Surprised to learn that this instrumental theme was composed by none other than the legendary Bernard Hermann, who did much work for Hitchcock as well as CITIZEN KANE.

loved richard boone, and he was just great as paladin, always thought that was his best acting.you didn't want to mess with paladin, not only was he deadly with a gun,he was very smart.even in real life he had that look to him, that you better not cross me.also loved boone's performance's with john wayne in the alamo and big jake .

I somehow don't think any writer from Dostoyevsky to Dickens, from Jorge Borges to Malcom Lowry would be using an electronic post on a western tv show, to tell people they are a writer ! you are sad really, no doubt your best work is on a public bathroom stall somewhere, you probably spend a lot of time there.
