as he said it's called the absorption property (basically laws called "axiom" that have been proven true)
best way for you to understand it yourself is by substituting 1 for "B" and 0 for "A" in this equation [B' + AB = B' A] you'll get 0 = 0
if you switch the numbers you'll get 1 = 1
remember to follow the order of operations Not, And, Or
now google Axioms and you should find a list
