@vonte1196 Play on hard difficulty. When you win a fight the skill points they give you are the highest. Easy is the lowest and Medium is in the middle.

YOu have to stand close to the ropes (not too close) and you need to place yourself with your bag towards this rope. Perform a hard grapple and shove your opponent behind yourself right into the rope. You can also smash the Flashlights in the Foundation with this trick, take a bottle from the bar in 7th Heaven, ....

you can only perform mutliple knees from hard grapple moves.
